When ordering using your credit card you will be asked for the cardholder's complete name, address, telephone number, card number, and expiration date. These details will be checked by Rainwater Tank Pumps. In the case of being supplied incorrect details, Rainwater Tank Pumps will contact you and may hold your order until correct details are received.

Direct Debit Payment

Payment can be made via direct debit (over the counter at your bank or via online banking) and paid into the Rainwater Tank Pumps bank account. Your order will be processed once we receive an email from you containing the transaction receipt number. If paying via online direct debit, please include your name in the description field, and product details if there is sufficient space.

Full bank details will be supplied on completion of checkout.

COD Payment & Delivery

If you are concerned at all with security, you can buy now and chose Australia Post Cash On Delivery and pay when you receive your item.

Your order can be sent via Australia Post cash on delivery (COD), where you pick up and pay for your products at your local Australia Post Office.

Delivery Methods

There are three options to consider for the delivery of your goods. The best method of freight will depend on your purchase, with consideration given to product size and weight, delivery time, cost, and tracking and insurance options.


eParcel or for very heavy items Courier

eParcel is the main method we send items with.
This method of delivery is safe and you can track the progress of your parcel online and insurance is available. To confirm the location of your parcel enter the tracking number provided by Rain Water Tank Pumps at the eParcel website: http://www.eparcel.com.au

PLEASE NOTE: ALL items are insured.

• Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched including a eParcel delivery number for tracking purposes.

• In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 7 working days for them to arrive.

• If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days, please contact your local post office and quote your eParcel delivery number.
